| dc.description | The present case study has shown that the collaboration of the institution is an essential condition for promoting research and improvement processes. A study for the implementation of a Computer System for the registration of pension collection of the Babahuyus Educational Unit of the City of Babahoyo. For this reason, this research aims to describe and understand what collaborative practices are for the development of technologies and the heyday of communications make companies, industries and institutions, day by day, see the need to automate processes, so that This allows them to work more effectively. The study developed has been conceived with the idea of improving the search processes in the private education school regarding the registration of pension collection, which will provide a higher performance index with execution times in the processes of attention to the representative, effective management and accessibility of information. Given the qualitative nature of our inquiry, we opted for an instrumental case study in which the need for the institution is analyzed in depth. For the progress of this case study, the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used, which make up the most used tool for the analysis, implementation and documentation of systems. It was found that the collaboration of the institution can be manifested through practices linked to coordination, joint development and problem solving. The investigation on the implementation of a computer system will give the solution to the problems that are generated day by day allowing the particular institution to improve the attention to the representatives and to improve its image as an institution. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio ha demostrado que la colaboración de la institución es una condición esencial para impulsar procesos de investigación y mejora en la misma. Un estudio para la implementación de un Sistema Informático para el registro de cobro de pensiones de la Unidad Educativa Babahuyus de la Ciudad de Babahoyo. Por ello esta investigación pretende describir y comprender cuales son las prácticas colaborativas para el desarrollo de las tecnologías y el apogeo de las comunicaciones hacen que día a día las empresas, industrias e instituciones, se vean en la necesidad de automatizar los procesos, de modo que esto les permita trabajar de forma más efectiva. El estudio desarrollado ha sido concebido con la idea de mejorar los procesos de búsqueda en la escuela de educación particular en cuanto al registro de cobro de pensiones, lo que proveerá un mayor índice de rendimiento con tiempos de ejecución en los procesos de atención al representante, manejo y accesibilidad a la información de manera efectiva. Dada la naturaleza cualitativa de nuestra indagación, optamos por un estudio de cas instrumental en el que se analiza en profundidad la necesidad de la institución Para el progreso del presente caso de estudio, se utiliza el Lenguaje Unificado de Modelado (UML), las cuales conforman la herramienta más utilizada para el análisis, implementación y documentación de sistemas. Se encontró que la colaboración de la institución puede manifestarse a través de prácticas ligadas a la coordinación, el desarrollo conjunto y la resolución de problemas. La investigación sobre la implementación de un sistema informático dará la solución a los problemas que se generan día a día permitiendo a la institución particular perfeccionar la atención a los representantes y mejorar su imagen como institución. | es_ES |
