| dc.description | Nowadays the internet is very important both in homes and in offices. JATNET is a company that is purely dedicated to selling internet service (ISP), the company is located in a central area of the City of Babahoyo, Los Ríos Province. In this case study, the internet service provided by JATNET ISP to its clients will be evaluated, since one of the main problems the company has is loss of internet access in winter times due to failures in network infrastructure and cabling. laid both in the homes of customers and also in the different nodes that are in the city to broadcast the internet signal to customers. | dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad el internet sirve de mucha importancia tanto en los hogares como también a las oficinas. JATNET es una empresa que se dedica netamente a la venta servicio de internet (ISP), la empresa se encuentra ubicada en una zona céntrica de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, Provincia de Los Ríos. En este caso de estudio se evaluará el servicio de internet que brinda el ISP JATNET a sus clientes, ya que uno de los principales problemas que tiene la empresa es pérdida del acceso a internet en épocas invernales por fallos en la infraestructura de red y el cableado tendido tanto en los hogares de los clientes como también en los diferentes nodos que se encuentran en la ciudad para emitir la señal de internet a los clientes. En este proyecto se trabajó con la metodología Inductiva, utilizando la técnica de la Observación realizando inspecciones en las diferentes torres de transmisión de internet instaladas en la Ciudad, por lo cual también se hizo uso de la herramienta de la encuesta dirigido al gerente propietario y a ciertos clientes de la empresa para determinar ciertos puntos los cuales son los fundamentales para el estudio y para que así de esta manera evidenciar y aclarar ciertos problemas y afectaciones que tienen los clientes en sus equipos y cableado. | es_ES |
