| dc.description | In the new town area belonging to the Babahoyo canton there is a class A medical office called "NIÑO JESUS", in this dispensary hundreds of people come daily and there is a problem when assigning medical appointments to patients because it is done manually and there is confusion in users, another problem that exists that there is only one doctor in general medicine and one doctor in dentistry, also has a clinical laboratory. People who come to this medical center show disagreements when visualizing that their shifts have been changed for another time, this medical center is popular for the professionalism of the doctor and the knowledge he has, but due to this problem people have been seen to come to other doctors. The doctor only has a system that keeps the patient's history, but not the scheduling of medical appointments, also does not have an accounting system that allows keeping sales of medications during the day, the purpose of this case study is to determine if it is feasible to create a medical appointment scheduling system, where people can schedule their appointments from home or ask the nurse for help to assign a medical appointment. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el recinto pueblo nuevo perteneciente al cantón Babahoyo existe un consultorio médico de clase A llamado “NIÑO JESUS”, en este dispensario acuden centenares de personas a diario y existe un problema a la hora de asignar las citas médicas a los pacientes porque se lo realiza manualmente y existe confusión en los usuarios, otro problema que existe que hay un solo doctor en medicina general y un doctor en odontología, además cuenta con laboratorio clínico. Las personas que acuden a este centro médico presentan inconformidades al visualizar que sus turnos han sido cambiados para otra hora, este centro médico es popular por el profesionalismo del doctor y el conocimiento que posee, pero debido a este problema las personas se han visto en acudir a otros médicos. El doctor solo cuenta con un sistema que lleva el historial del paciente, pero no el agendamiento de citas médicas, así mismo no cuenta con un sistema contable que permita guardar las ventas de medicamentos durante el día, el propósito de este estudio de caso es determinar si es factible crear un sistema de agendamiento de citas médicas, donde las personas puedan agendar sus citas desde su domicilio o pedir ayuda al enfermero para asignar una cita médica. | es_ES |
