dc.description.abstract | La capital de la provincia de Los Ríos (Babahoyo) cuenta con su municipio, la cual está dirigida por el Dr. Carlos German actual alcalde de esta ciudad, todos los departamentos de este GAD cuentan con equipos informáticos, en la mayoría de los casos son equipos con un alto rendimiento para poder atender a los ciudadanos eficazmente.
En resumen este estudio de caso es determinar si es factible crear un sistema de incidencia para soporte a usuarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Babahoyo, dicho sistema constara de una asignación de turnos para poder ser atendidos de acuerdo al orden que se han realizado dicha petición, dentro del departamento de sistema existe un jefe de soporte el cual tiene a su mando dos personas por lo tanto cuando los funcionarios llaman para reportar un problema acuden de una manera desordenada y sin llevar un control de cual fue el problema suscitado en el equipo, cabe indicar que todas las llamadas recibidas son directamente al teléfono al encargado del departamento de las TICS, con este sistema se pretende atender los problemas de una manera ordenada asignándole un turno y poder resolverlo con más tranquilidad. | es_ES |
