| dc.description.abstract | Implementar un sistema informático en la Federación Deportiva Provincial de Los Ríos para llevar de manera sistematizada toda la información referente a los atletas (Datos personales, Educativos, Médicos, Psicológicos, Sociales y sus resultados Deportivos), esto conlleva a que la estadística se la lleve de manera manual, siendo así archivada en folders y carpetas, de esta forma se evidencia que para poder tener acceso a toda información solicitada por alguna autoridad de la institución o algún pedido particular a la institución haya que recurrir a revisar todos los expedientes que reposan en los archivos, conllevando esto a que esta información requerida demore de 48 horas hasta 1 semana y además muchas veces la información no es completa debido a que se extraviaron ciertos documentos o simplemente no están. Para lograr recoger toda la información necesaria se recurre a la metodología de campo, una vez recolectada toda la información pertinente procederá a ser ingresada en el nuevo sistema informático estadístico y así este sustituirá la forma como se lo lleva actualmente, logrando de esta manera que toda información requerida por cualquier autoridad/empleado de la institución o particular a esta la obtendrá de manera inmediata o hasta 24 horas dependiendo de la necesidad, forma y/o solicitante | es_ES |
