The methodology of this case study covers: I. Collection of data through the survey and interview. II. Tabulation to obtain a clearer view of the status of cadastral processes. III. Identify the level of feasibility for the implementation of a computerized system for Cadastre processes management through monitoring panels of the Municipal GAD of the Babahoyo canton. Through the results obtained from the survey carried out on 100 citizens, it was determined that 93.9%, as well as the Director of Cadastre of the Municipal GAD of the Babahoyo canton, agrees with the implementation of a computer system that manages the cadastral processes through monitoring panels. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Los ciudadanos no se encuentran satisfechos debido a los días y semanas que toma la resolución de los procesos catastrales dentro del GAD Municipal del Cantón Babahoyo-Los Ríos-Ecuador, aproximadamente un 78.6% de la ciudadanía se encuentra inconforme debido a este inconveniente, este caso de estudio trata sobre la gestión de procesos catastrales mediante paneles de seguimiento dentro de esta institución el cual reducirá el tiempo de respuesta mediante la automatización de procesos. La metodología de este caso de estudio abarca: I. Recolección de datos por medio de la encuesta y entrevista. II. Tabulación para obtener una visión más clara del estado de los procesos catastrales. III. Identificar el nivel de viabilidad para la implementación de un sistema informático de Gestión de procesos catastrales mediante paneles de seguimiento del GAD Municipal del cantón Babahoyo. Mediante los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta realizada a 100 ciudadanos, se determinó que el 93.9% así como también el Director de Catastro del GAD Municipal del cantón Babahoyo está de acuerdo con la implementación de un sistema informático que gestione los procesos catastrales mediante paneles de seguimiento. | es_ES |
