| dc.description.abstract | El ser humano ha estado llevando los procesos de información de una manera manual por lo que demoraban mucho en el trámite de documentos, hay muchos centros de rehabilitación social que no tienen un sistema de control de datos que ocasiona malestar en los familiares de los reos para poder llevar a cabo el proceso de la información de una manera más veraz y eficaz , debido a esta problemática se realizó un estudio de caso donde se pudo percatar que la información es anotada en cuadernos posteriormente guardada en archivadores por lo tanto es muy difícil obtener información para poder realizar algún trámite de manera más rápida , en este caso de estudio se ha empleado la metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa y la técnica encuesta , entrevistas y observación directa | es_ES |
