| dc.description | Currently it is of great importance that a company or organization, whether public or private, has an official website, which serves to publicize its brand, product catalog, services, activities or promotions; Speaking of a public organization, it will be the channel of information with citizens about the services offered by the institution. This research work is a feasibility study for the implementation of a website in the municipality of the canton Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan), which is located in the Northwest of the Province of Guayas, 60 km from Guayaquil, with a extension of 218 km² and a population of approximately 25,179 inhabitants, with the mayor as the highest authority, followed by the councilors. The objective is to demonstrate the feasibility of implementing a website to have information on the activities carried out by the municipality, services and municipal procedures, since people have to approach the municipality to search for the corresponding information or make a request for works, which which causes discomfort in citizens because they have to wait in long lines to be served, wasting time. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad es de gran importancia que una empresa, u organización ya sea pública o privada cuente con un sitio web oficial, el cual sirve para dar a conocer su marca, catálogo de productos, servicios, actividades o promociones; hablando de una organización publica la misma será el canal de información con los ciudadanos sobre los servicios que ofrece la institución. El presente trabajo de investigacion se trata de un estudio factibilidad para la implementación de un sitio web en el municipio del cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno (Jujan), el cual se encuentra ubicado al Noroeste de la Provincia del Guayas a 60 km de Guayaquil, con una extensión de 218 km² y una población aproximada de 25.179 habitantes, teniendo como máxima autoridad la alcaldesa seguido de los concejales. El objetivo es demostrar la factibilidad de implementar un sitio web para disponer de información sobre las actividades que realiza el municipio, servicios y trámites municipales, ya que las personas tienen que acercarse al municipio para buscar la información correspondiente o realizar un pedido de obras, lo cual provoca malestar en los ciudadanos porque deben hacer largas filas para ser atendidos, perdiendo tiempo. | es_ES |
