| dc.description.abstract | La presente propuesta proyecta desarrollar una aplicación web para la automatización de informes asignados a docentes técnicos del departamento de vínculo con la colectividad de la U.T.B ya que se realizan procesos de manera manual, tales como la asignación de objetivos y cumplimiento de actividades en los grupos de vinculación. El software va a facilitar el trabajo administrativo y así poder brindar mejor calidad de servicio, con este proyecto se pretende dar la solución a los problemas comunes, como son las visitas de tutores a cada grupo que han sido asignados para que de esta manera sea efectivo el cumplimiento de actividades.
