dc.description | The present case study was prepared in the SUDCONAR S.A construction company, in order to determine the causes that cause inconvenience in the organizational processes of the construction company. The research carried out through established guidelines and techniques served to determine the problems that arise in the company, mainly it will be detected that there is no adequate strategic planning, which affects all its operational processes. The results obtained by means of the applied observation sheet were: that there is no functional organization chart in view of all, poorly motivated staff, lack of a manual of functions, poor supervision of the activities of the different areas of the company, and that the company does not have an internal procedures manual. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se elaboró en la constructora SUDCONAR S.A, con el fin de determinar las causas que producen inconvenientes en los procesos organizacionales de la constructora. La investigación efectuada mediante lineamientos y técnicas establecidas sirvió para determinar las problemáticas que se suscitan en la compañía, principalmente se detectó que no hay una adecuada planificación estratégica, lo que afecta todos los procesos operativos de la misma. Los resultados obtenidos por medio de la ficha de observación aplicada fueron: que no hay un organigrama funcional a la vista de todos, el personal poco motivado, falta de un manual de funciones, deficiente supervisión de las actividades de las diferentes áreas de la empresa, y que la empresa no dispone de un manual de procedimientos internos. | es_ES |
