| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se desarrolla con el fin de conocer cuáles son las causas de una cartera vencida muy elevada en la compañía Eslabón del Agro, de la misma manera que se analiza en que porcentaje o monto se ha logrado recuperar la cartera, este caso de estudio se desarrolla haciendo uso de la sublinea de investigación, Modelo de Gestión Administrativa debido a que el problema detectado abarca el ámbito administrativo en el área de administración de cartera y también el bajo desempeño de los colaboradores de la misma. Para adquirir más información y conocer las causas del problema en la compañía Eslabón del Agro se utilizó como técnica de estudio la entrevista, la cual al momento de aplicarla se usó como instrumento el cuestionario de preguntas que se realizó a la encargada del departamento financiero, para poder brindar un crédito a un cliente en primer lugar se deben de realizar un estudio del mismo para conocer su estabilidad económica y disponibilidad de pago y fijar un plazo determinado que obligatoriamente debe de cumplirse para no proceder al ámbito jurídico. | es_ES |
