| dc.description | Planning is an important process for an organization, since it is the first activity that helps to achieve the objectives and the success of the other administrative activities depends on its adequate elaboration and execution. The research was carried out with the objective of knowing the problems presented in the Occupational Health department related to the planning of its activities and its consequences for not considering unforeseen scenarios such as cancellation of medical brigades, winter season or lack of resources, among others, that affect your services. To achieve this objective, a survey and interview were applied to the six employees and the head of the department, respectively. By applying these tools, it is concluded that the problems generated by not carrying out adequate planning prevent achieving a higher level of satisfaction for users of the Municipality of Babahoyo Canton, it is evident that there is poor coordination between departments, lack of resources, internal conflicts, erroneous homework assignment, poor internal communication. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La planificación es un proceso importante para una organización, ya que es la primera actividad que ayuda al logro de los objetivos y el éxito de las demás actividades administrativas depende de su adecuada elaboración y ejecución. Se realizó la investigación con el objetivo conocer los problemas presentados en el departamento de Salud Ocupacional relacionados con la gestión de planificación de sus actividades y sus consecuencias por no considerar escenarios imprevistos como cancelación de brigadas médicas, temporada invernal o falta de recursos, entre otros, que afectan a sus servicios. Para lograr este objetivo se aplicó encuesta y entrevista hacia los seis empleados y la jefa del departamento respectivamente. Al aplicar estas herramientas, se concluye que las problemáticas generadas por no realizar una adecuada planificación impiden lograr un mayor nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios del Municipio del Cantón Babahoyo, es evidente que existe deficiente coordinación entre departamentos, falta de recursos, conflictos internos, errónea asignación de tareas, escasa comunicación interna. | es_ES |
