dc.descriptionThe implementation of competitiveness strategies in the company Bell Novainser SA of the city of Babahoyo, depend on the business decisions executed by the managers of the organization, where it is important to point out that institutions can be sustained in the business market by developing competitive advantages. The objective of the research is to analyze the factors of competitiveness and how they affect the performance of business activities. The methodology used is composed of descriptive and documentary investigations, because they allow the treatment of data obtained in the investigative process, deductive and inductive methods are also used, where particular situations derived from the problematic situation are analyzed, in addition, the technique used is the survey for the collection of main findings. The results obtained reveal that the organization does not carry out marketing studies that allow it to increase its market share and protect itself from the threat of new competitorses_ES

dc.description.abstractLa implementación de estrategias de competitividad en la empresa Bell Novainser S.A de la ciudad de Babahoyo, dependen de las decisiones empresariales que ejecuten los directivos de la organización, donde es importante señalar que las instituciones pueden sostenerse en el mercado empresarial mediante el desarrollo de ventajas competitivas. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar los factores de competitividad y como inciden en la realización de las actividades empresariales. La metodología utilizada está compuesta por las investigaciones descriptiva y documental, porque permiten el tratamiento de datos obtenidos en el proceso investigativo, también se emplean los métodos deductivo e inductivo, donde se analizan situaciones particulares derivadas de la situación problemática, además, la técnica utilizada es la encuesta para la recolección de principales hallazgos. Los resultados obtenidos revelan que la organización no realiza estudios de mercadeo que permitan aumentar su cuota de mercado y protegerse de la amenaza de nuevos competidoreses_ES
