dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio menciona las problemáticas que se desarrollan en el servicio de hospedaje “Los Andes” situado en el cantón Babahoyo, mediante la aplicación de la metodología descriptiva para detallar diversas situaciones que surgen dentro de la empresa, se menciona que el equipamiento inadecuado y su vetusto ha hecho que la experiencia del hospedaje no se ha agradable. Por consiguiente es recomendable que para que exista una experiencia se ha agradable por parte de los usuarios tener un equipamiento y una atención especial para que estos vuelvan, el servicio de hospedaje se ha recomendado de una forma positiva por los usuarios, a su vez el empoderamiento que debe tener los colaboradores para poder dar una solución a las problemáticas que pueda existir por parte de los huésped es muy indispensable, servicios complementarios como el internet y el servicio de parqueo privado.es_ES
