dc.description.abstractLa estabilidad laboral en el talento humano del comercial “Chasi Market” del cantón Urdaneta, se encuentra condicionada por la administración empírica de la institución, donde no se concientiza la importancia de desarrollar una filosofía empresarial que focalice sus esfuerzos en la inversión del capital humano, considerado un activo importante para las organizaciones en la búsqueda del éxito institucional, por tal razón, el objetivo de la investigación es analizar la satisfacción laboral del personal que conforma la organización. La metodología que posee el caso de estudio se estructura por los métodos deductivo e inductivo, los tipos de investigación descriptiva y de campo, mientras que técnica utilizada es la encuesta, la cual cuenta con un cuestionario de preguntas dirigidas al talento humano de “Chasi Market”, donde se obtuvo como resultados la presencia de sobrecarga laboral, segregación de funciones inadecuadas y rotación del personal de forma constante, debilidades importantes de la organización.es_ES
