The department of human talent of the GAD has been immersed in several situations that negatively influence the proper functioning and efficiency of the same because the workers are not suitable to occupy different positions, this happens because there are inefficient procedures and procedures that do not allow selecting to the best candidate with an optimal professional profile to perform the functions assigned in the organization. The entity starts by identifying and knowing its immediate needs absolutely, recruiting and selecting personnel.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Urdaneta es una entidad que se enfoca en administrar, gestionar recursos, prestar servicios y generar las condiciones propicias para el desarrollo de todas y todos los Urdanetenses, brindando un trato justo y de igualdad social, dejando los cimientos de un proyecto a largo plazo, con mecanismos, programas y obras que impacten positivamente en la vida de los habitantes. El departamento de talento humano del GAD se ha visto inmerso en varias situaciones que influyen negativamente en el buen funcionamiento y eficiencia del mismo debido a que los trabajadores no son idóneos para ocupar distintos cargos, esto ocurre porque existen gestiones y procedimientos ineficientes que no permiten seleccionar al mejor aspirante con un perfil profesional óptimo para que realicen las funciones asignadas en la organización. La entidad parte por identificar y conocer absolutamente sus necesidades inmediatas, efectuar el reclutamiento y realizar la selección del personal.es_ES
