Guayaquil y Babahoyo frente al Municipio de dicha localidad, la empresa cuenta con 8 trabajadores que realizan distintas funciones en la misma, el propietario del local es el señor Frank Sánchez Bajaña quien es un empresario reconocido en todo el cantón. En la empresa ciertas actividades que se efectúan han originado diversas irregularidades que repercuten de forma negativa al desempeño laboral de los empleados; acentuando que el rendimiento profesional está enfocado en las aptitudes que demuestra un trabajador al momento de realizar su labor, por ello las empresas se esfuerzan para mantenerlo en un nivel óptimo como herramienta fundamental para la eficacia de la misma, pero lamentablemente este no es el caso de la ferretería ya que los empleados se encuentran trabajando bajo algunas situaciones incomodas. | es_ES |
