dc.descriptionThe present investigation by the explanatory method was carried out with the purpose of exposing the causes of the low labor performance that is originating in the Registry of Property and Mercantile of the Canton Urdaneta. For the compilation of the information, two instruments were used that are objective, safe and effective, useful on the objects of study in order to solve the questions raised in the investigation, including: the interview with the department head and the survey carried out at their subordinates. Based on the results obtained, it was determined that employees have an incorrect performance in the management of their work because they do not have suitable computer systems and equipment, necessary material resources, salary paid on the established date, appropriate formal relationships; so it directly affects the performance of administrative tasks.es_ES

dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación por el método explicativo se realizó con el propósito de exponer las causas del bajo desempeño laboral que se está originando en el Registro de la Propiedad y Mercantil del Cantón Urdaneta. Para la recopilación de la información se utilizaron dos instrumentos que sean objetivos, seguros y efectivos, de utilidad sobre los objetos de estudio con la finalidad de resolver los cuestionamientos planteados en la indagación, entre ellas: la entrevista al jefe departamental y la encuesta efectuada a sus subordinados. En base a los resultados obtenidos se determinó que los empleados tienen un incorrecto rendimiento en la gestión de sus labores porque no disponen de idóneos sistemas y equipos de cómputo, recursos materiales necesarios, sueldo remunerado en la fecha establecida, apropiadas relaciones formales; por lo que afecta de manera directa en el desempeño de las tareas administrativas.es_ES
