Taking into consideration that this department serves its clients directly, so it is essential that they have a good interpersonal relationship, so that their work performance and customer service are not affected.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso se lo realizó para describir la cultura organizacional que practican los miembros del Departamento de Jefatura del Uso de Espacio y Vía Pública del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Babahoyo, debido a que se prestan muchos inconvenientes en su ambiente laboral y en la atención con sus usuarios, por cuanto a través del mismo se pretende despejar la duda de saber, si se ejerce una buena cultura organizacional o no, así mismo se muestra elementos cotidianos sobre las condiciones laborales en las que se desenvuelve el personal, considerando que la cultura y el clima organizacional son factores determinantes en la eficacia administrativa. Teniendo en consideración que este departamento atiende de manera directa a sus clientes, por lo que es esencial que tengan una buena relación interpersonal, con el fin de que no se afecte el rendimiento laboral y el servicio de atención al públicoes_ES
