| dc.description.abstract | La administración sirve para dar diferentes soluciones a problemas organizacionales mediante una combinación efectiva y eficaz de los recursos humanos, materiales, financieros y tecnológicos, con el objetivo de determinar las causas que están generando problemas en la gestión administrativa del registro de la propiedad de ciudad de Babahoyo, se empleó el método descriptivo y como técnica de recolección de información se realizó una entrevista a los colaboradores y una encuesta a los clientes externos, para el posterior análisis de los procesos y procedimientos en las diferentes secciones del departamento que genera inconvenientes, del espacio físico limitado para la realización de las actividades, el sistema registral cuyo software ha cumplido con su vida útil y la inexistencia de programa informático (Excel) que acelere el desarrollo de los tramites, la implementación de nuevas tácticas y sistemas generara que el trabajo se agilite y el desempeño mejore y la división de las áreas permitirá una correcta secuencia, orden y control de las tareas. | es_ES |
