Therefore, the management of the staff of the workers' union is compromised in their inadequate work performance, by the officials of the organization and the lack of commitment that falls to the head of the institution. In addition to the different irregularities that are evident as: the poor communication between the members and their bosses, the lack of motivation that is perceived in the employees, among other important aspects that disadvantages the correct administrative management of the entity.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn la actualidad la gestión del personal desempeña un rol muy significativo y considerable en las entidades públicas y privadas, lo cual permite comprender los procesos administrativo y su alcance en las metas establecidas para lograr un eficiente desarrollo en las actividades que realizan los miembros de la organización y de esta forma satisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Por lo tanto, la gestión del personal del sindicato de obreros se ve comprometida en su inadecuado desempeño laboral, por parte de los funcionarios de la organización y la falta de compromiso que recae en el jefe de la institución. Además de las diferentes irregularidades que se evidencian como: la escasa comunicación entre los miembros y sus jefes, la falta de motivación que se percibe en los empleados, entre otros aspectos importantes que desfavorece la correcta gestión administrativa de la entidad.es_ES
