Companies try to do everything possible to maintain a high level of performance in their workers because this contributes to achieve the objectives that have been previously proposed. Work performance is related to the skills that a person has and the effort they make to demonstrate their skills and abilities in the performance of their work, however the organization presents certain problems, among them it can be identified that employees do not perform their activities in an efficient way damaging the proper functioning of the institution.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Ricaurte tiene como función primordial ser el representante legal y comunicador permanente entre las jurisdicciones locales y provinciales. Procede por medio de la organización, orientación, asesoramiento, capacitación, apoyo técnico, aplicación de normas o políticas, para el desarrollo constante de la sociedad. El presidente de la institución es el Sr. Alfonso Rosero Gómez. Las empresas tratan de hacer todo lo posible para mantener un alto nivel de rendimiento en sus trabajadores porque esto contribuye para alcanzar los objetivos que se han propuesto con anterioridad. El desempeño laboral se relaciona con las aptitudes que posee una persona y el esfuerzo que estas realizan para demostrar sus habilidades y capacidades en el cumplimiento de sus labores, no obstante la organización presenta ciertos problemas, entre ellos se puede identificar que los empleados no desempeñan sus actividades de una manera eficiente perjudicando el buen funcionamiento de la institución.es_ES
