| dc.description.abstract | El presente caso de estudio se realzo en el GADP Isla de Bejucal, donde se analiza la comunicación laboral entre todos quienes conforman la institución gubernamental, debido a inconvenientes suscitados por las diferentes ideologías políticas en el desarrollo normal de las actividades internas, por tal motivo el trabajo tiene como objetivo de determinar las causas que genera la falta de comunicación en el entorno laboral del GADP Isla de Bejucal por tal motivo necesita implementar métodos de comunicación adecuados y actualizados para lograr un entorno laboral eficiente que motive a los empleados para generar ideas, saber trabajar en equipo, dominar los diferentes escenarios que se les presente, estar predispuestos a la mejora continua para lograr la misión en común. La metodología constituida por el tipo de investigación descriptiva, se aplicó el método inductivo, en conjunto con la técnica de encuesta, entrevista, (cuestionario) para la recolección de datos. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la comunicación interna laboral es ineficiente, existen afinidad por los partidos políticos y no trabajan en equipo solo se fijan por el interés propio. | es_ES |
