Today, pneumonia is the leading cause of death of children under 5 years of age worldwide, its main involvement is the pulmonary alveoli, which compromises the respiratory pattern. This disease, if not treated in a timely manner, may have complications such as: acute respiratory failure, lung abscess, congestive heart failure. Priority needs were identified based on the assessment of Marjory Gordon's 11 functional patterns; An individualized care plan was designed, and for this it is used in the taxonomies: NANDA, NOC and NIC. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El Proceso de Atención de Enfermería que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo principal identificar las necesidades alteradas, corregir, mantener y rehabilitar al paciente por medio de la aplicación de conocimientos y procedimientos, con la finalidad de que este recobre en menor tiempo posible su salud, en este caso una lactante menor con neumonía. Hoy en día, la neumonía es la principal causa de muerte de niños y niñas menores de 5 años en todo el mundo, su principal afectación son los alvéolos pulmonares, lo que compromete el patrón respiratorio. Esta enfermedad si no es tratada oportunamente puede tener complicaciones como: fallo respiratorio agudo, absceso pulmonar, insuficiencia cardiaca congestiva. Se identificaron las necesidades prioritarias en base a la valoración de los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon; se diseñó un plan de cuidados individualizado, y para esto se utilizaron las taxonomías: NANDA, NOC y NIC. | es_ES |
