dc.description	The reason why the idea of creating this venture arose was to see that there are too many university students with a degree and cannot exercise their career for reasons that do not have a job because there are more and more requirements and it is difficult for them to access or people They have empirical knowledge, but they cannot exercise their wisdom because they do not have a degree or because they are older and they do not hire them because for many companies they have already completed their work cycle. Through an exhaustive investigation, it was found that there is a strong demand for jobs such as plumbing, electricity, mechanics, technical service, masonry, remodeling, among others. In order to carry out this investigation, a survey was carried out, conducting a market study in order to verify what impact this venture will have on the market in the city of Babahoyo. To conclude, a rental worker has an innovative and striking proposal that is based on being able to raise the employment rate, favoring all university students and people who do not have a job, and in turn improving the quality of life of families, especially all the women who are responsible for supporting their homes	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Motivo por el cual surge la idea de crear este emprendimiento fue al ver que hay demasiados universitarios con un título y no pueden ejercer su carrera por motivos que no cuentan con un empleo debido que cada vez existen más requisitos y se les dificulta poder acceder o personas que cuentan con conocimiento empíricos, pero no pueden ejercer su sabiduría por no contar con un título o ya sea porque son mayores y no los contratan porque para muchas empresas ellos ya cumplieron su ciclo laboral. Mediante una investigación exhaustiva se pudo constatar que existe una fuerte demanda de los trabajos como son Plomeria, electricidad, mecánica, servicio técnico, albañilería, remodelaciones entre otros, para poder llevar a cabo esta investigación se ejecutó una encuesta realizando un estudio de mercado para poder constatar qué impacto tendrá este emprendimiento en el mercado en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Para concluir obrero en alquiler tiene una propuesta innovadora y llamativa que se basa en poder elevar la tasa de empleo, favoreciendo a todas los universitarios y personas que no cuentan con un empleo y a su vez mejorar la calidad de vida de las familias en especial de todas las mujeres que son ellas las encargadas de sustentar sus hogares	es_ES
