dc.description.abstract	El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Puebloviejo es una entidad pública encargada de velar por el desarrollo de su gobierno seccional para brindar una mejor calidad de vida a sus habitantes, y tiene como una de sus responsabilidades la recaudación de impuestos municipales para su autogestión. Esta entidad tiene una gran cantidad de impuestos municipales sin ser recaudados tomando como objeto de estudios los impuestos prediales; existen muchas circunstancias que no hacen de la recaudación de impuestos algo eficiente y efectivo, los problemas se dan tanto interno por parte del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado porque no realizan bien la labor referente a la recaudación de estos impuestos y también externo por parte de la ciudadanía porque no muestran interés alguno en acercarse a cancelar	es_ES
