dc.description	This case study was carried out to analyze the boarding and landing processes that are being carried out within the Imperial Food Industry, to determine if the execution of these processes is the main cause of the problems that are occurring inside and outside this plant. rice processor, since they are having many drawbacks mainly with the vehicles that arrive to this industry in order to be served. Taking into account that this type of industry receives this product in large quantities so they must have very large storage spaces, with the study carried out it was determined that it is the little storage space within it that presents these problems	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Este caso de estudio se realizó para analizar los procesos de embarque y desembarque que se están realizando dentro de la Industria Alimenticia Imperial, para determinar si la ejecución de estos procesos es la principal causa de los problemas que se están presentado dentro y fuera de esta planta procesadora de arroz, ya que están teniendo muchos inconvenientes principalmente con los vehículos que arriban hasta esta industria con el fin de ser atendidos. Teniendo en consideración que este tipo de industria receptan este producto en grandes cantidades por lo que deben de tener espacios de almacenamiento muy amplios, con el estudio realizado se determinó que es, el poco espacio de almacenamiento dentro de la misma que se presentan estos problemas.	es_ES
