dc.description	In the present case study an analysis of the Property, plant and equipment will be developed, specifically in the vehicle heading at the Technical University of Babahoyo. Several research techniques are used for the development of this study in the Departments of the institution responsible for the accounting treatment of the Vehicles item. After having collected and examined the information, it was found that there are several of these assets that have already fulfilled their useful life in addition to the revaluation of the vehicle item is not updated. The only accounting process that has received the item Vehicle is the depreciation, therefore, the values of the account to be outdated in the real situation in its financial statements of the institution	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente caso de estudio se desarrollará un análisis de la Propiedad, planta y equipo, específicamente en la partida vehículo en la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo. Para el desarrollo de este estudio se utilizó varias técnicas de investigación en los Departamentos de la institución encargados del tratamiento contable de la partida Vehículos. Luego de haber recopilado y examinado la información se pudo constatar que hay varios de estos bienes que ya han cumplido su vida útil además la revalorización de la partida vehículo no está actualizada. El único proceso contable que ha recibido la partida Vehículo es la depreciación, por ende, los valores de la cuenta al estar desactualizados no reflejan la situación real en sus estados financieros de la institución	es_ES
