dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso se enfoca en el Análisis y control del presupuesto de la Gobernación de Los Ríos que tiene como finalidad realizar un análisis crítico de la situación financiera que atraviesa en los actuales momentos dicha institución Se utilizó como técnica de investigación la entrevista que se realizó al personal administrativo financiero, para describir los inconvenientes de dichos departamentos y realizar las conclusiones respectivas. El control presupuestario es una herramienta fundamental para controlar la gestión de la empresa y anticiparse a los problemas que se pueden producir en un tiempo determinado.
