dc.description	The research carried out at the company agrochemicals Alvarado S.A, in the city of Babahoyo, dedicated to the sale of agricultural inputs, same revealing weaknesses in its internal operational control, by which the objective of the study is to examine the improper inventory control, loan portfolio and control of the company's revenues, due to which there are problems with the stock control system, with the credit granted to customers and the analysis of granted discounts. The methodology is composed of the kind of descriptive research and the inductive method as interviews and instruments for the accumulation of the information obtained. The results show that the company lacks operational internal controls	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La investigación realizada en la Compañía Agroquímicos Alvarado S.A, en la ciudad de Babahoyo, dedicada a la venta de Insumos agrícolas, misma que revela debilidades en su control interno operacional, por el cual el objetivo del trabajo es examinar el inapropiado control de inventario, cartera de créditos y control de ingresos de la compañía, debido a que existen problemas con el control de las existencias en el sistema, con los crédito otorgados a los clientes y con los análisis de los descuentos otorgados. La metodología esta conformada por el tipo de investigación descriptiva y el método inductivo como las entrevistas e instrumentos para la acumulación de la información obtenida.
