dc.description	The present case study shows the labor performance of the workers in Altec's dispatch area. This investigation was carried out through the inductive method which allowed to know in depth the objective of this investigation which is to know the level of performance of the company's collaborators and the type of training they have to carry out their work in a correct manner. The tool that was applied was the interview which was conducted to the staff that makes up the dispatch area with which reliable information was obtained at the time of identifying the problems. Some scenarios were evaluated whose results may be of interest to the directors of this company and could be taken as a basis for corporate studies	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente caso de estudio muestra el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de despacho de la empresa Altec, esta investigación se realizó a través del método inductivo, lo que permitió conocer con profundidad el objetivo de esta investigación, el cual es conocer el nivel de desempeño de los colaboradores de la empresa y el tipo de capacitación que poseen para realizar su trabajo de manera correcta, la herramienta que se aplicó fué la entrevista la cual se le realizó al personal que conforma el área de despacho con la cual se obtuvo información fidedigna al momento de identificar las problemáticas, se evaluaron algunos escenarios cuyos resultados podrían ser de interés para los directivos de esta empresa, podrían tomarse como base para estudios corporativos	es_ES
