dc.description	The present investigation carried out in the winery department of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Babahoyo canton, presents inconveniences regarding the organizational design, because it does not have an adequate internal distribution due to the limited physical space and lack of shelves, a context that limits the management of the adequate inventory, situations detected through the application of the deductive and inductive methods, the type of descriptive research, and the technique of the survey, made up of questions aimed at identifying the main results obtained, which highlights a deficient administration in as for the ordination of municipal goods, to the point that the offices of the warehouse and assistant are used as temporary warehouses	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación realizada en el departamento de Bodega del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Babahoyo, presenta inconvenientes en cuanto al diseño organizacional, debido a que no posee una distribución interna adecuada por el limitado espacio físico y falta de estanterías, contexto que limita la gestión del inventario de forma adecuada, situaciones detectadas por medio de la aplicación de los métodos deductivo e inductivo, el tipo de investigación descriptiva, y la técnica de la encuesta, conformada con preguntas dirigidas a identificar los principales resultados obtenidos, donde se resalta una administración deficiente en cuanto al ordenamiento de los bienes municipales, a tal punto que las oficinas del guardalmacén y asistente, son empleadas como bodegas temporales	es_ES
