dc.description	In this way the Autonomous Decentralized Rural Parochial Government of Ricaurte has to have all the appropriate procedures to implement the works, for this reason it has to have a control when estimating the costs to execute the project. And to be with all the responsibility and the time and term to present said information and upload it to the digital platform for the proper functioning of their due contracts, and not have any inconvenience when assigning the financial cost, so that it does not cause a disappointment in the inhabitants of said sector where said work will be implemented. Due to the lack of technical study in the parish meeting of Ricaurte, when estimating the costs, this causes it to have complications for the execution of the work and there is a financial increase. Therefore, it is recommended that the president of the Parish Board incorporate procedures that allow for adequate control to satisfy the community of Ricaurte	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	De esta manera el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Ricaurte tiene que tener todos los procedimientos adecuado para implementar las obra por esto tiene que llevar un control al momento de estimar los costos para ejecutar el proyecto. Y estar con toda la responsabilidad y el tiempo y plazo para presentar dicha información y subirla a la plataforma digital para su correcto funcionamiento de sus debidas contrataciones, y no tener inconveniente alguno al asignar el costo financiero, para que no provoque una decepción en los moradores de dicho sector donde se va a implementar dicha obra. Debido a la falta de estudio técnico que hay en la junta parroquial de Ricaurte, al momento de estimar los costos, esto provoca que tenga complicaciones para la ejecución de la obra y exista un incremento financiero. Por ende, se recomienda al presidente de la Junta Parroquial incorpore procedimiento que permitan ejercer un adecuado control para satisfacer a la comunidad de Ricaurte	es_ES
