dc.description	This case study was developed in the Directorate of Planning and Strategic Strategic Management of the GAD of the Puebloviejo Canton. The objective is to determine the factors that produce the interdepartmental uncoordination at the time of receiving the information of the municipal activities, failing to comply with the deadline that the information should be uploaded to the LOTAIP and SENPLADES. The research methodology used is qualitative, under the criteria of the inductive and bibliographic method. In order to obtain the information, an interview and an observation form were applied. The lack of training for officials in the areas related to the Planning Directorate and insufficient staff in the aforementioned management, generate deficiencies in the assigned functions	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de caso se desarrolló en la Dirección de Planificación y Gestión Estratégica Municipal del GAD del Cantón Puebloviejo. El objetivo es determinar los factores que producen la descoordinación interdepartamental en el momento de recibir la información de las actividades municipales, incumpliendo con el plazo que se debe subir la información a la LOTAIP y SENPLADES. La metodología de investigación utilizada es de tipo cualitativa, bajo los criterios del método inductivo y bibliográfico. Para poder obtener la información se aplicó una entrevista y una ficha de observación. La falta de capacitación a los funcionarios de las áreas vinculadas a la Dirección de Planificación y el personal insuficiente en la dirección antes mencionada, generan deficiencias en las funciones asignadas	es_ES
