dc.description	The following case study was carried out in the company VENPROLECTRI SA, located in the city of Babahoyo and where the issue is about the financial control of the company under study, whose objective is to determine the shortcomings of the company's financial control, especially its information financial since through this it allows us to know and investigate the control in the financial planning of the company to achieve adequate strategic planning following the parameters such as the objectives and goals of the company. The research focused on the research subline of the administrative management model. The parameters of the type of qualitative and quantitative research were used. dc.description.abstract	El siguiente estudio de caso se desarrolló en la empresa VENPROLECTRI S.A, ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo y donde el tema se trata del control financiero de la compañía en estudio, cuyo objetivo es determinar las falencias del control financiero de la empresa en especial su información financiera ya que por medio de esta nos permite conocer e indagar el control en la planificación financiera de la empresa para así lograr una planificación estratégica adecuada siguiendo los parámetros como son los objetivos y metas de la compañía. La investigación se centró en la sublìnea de investigación del modelo de gestión administrativa. Se emplearon los parámetros del tipo de investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa. Se logró concluir que la empresa no lleva un registro de la información contable adecuadamente estructurado	es_ES
