dc.description	It is worth mentioning that this research project points out the morbidity of postpartum hemorrhage, so it is done retrospectively, descriptively, realistically and documentaryly. The Alfredo Noboa Montenegro General Hospital in the city of Guaranda, Gyneco-obstetrics service, where there are approximately 180 eutocic deliveries per month, of which about 1 or 2 become complicated in a way moderate. It is established that although race, age, number of pregnancies, parity, level of education, are not factors that influence alarmingly so that this type of hemorrhagic events occur, it is described that the greater the number of deliveries, the lower the contractile capacity of the Uterine myometrium is there, the truth is that it happens and it is a reality in our environment, so that awareness and prevention of those factors that predispose it is proposed.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Cabe mencionar que el presente proyecto de investigación puntualiza la morbilidad de la hemorragia posparto, por lo que se lo realiza de manera retrospectiva, descriptiva, realista y documental. Teniendo como lugar de origen el Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro de la ciudad de Guaranda, servicio de Gineco-obstetricia, en donde se produce un aproximado de 180 partos eutócicos al mes, de los cuales, alrededor de 1 o 2 llegan a complicarse de forma moderada. Se establece que aunque, la raza, edad, número de gestas, paridad, nivel de instrucción, no son factores que influyan de manera alarmante para que se den este tipo de sucesos hemorrágicos, descrito está que a mayor número de partos menor capacidad contráctil del miometrio uterino hay, lo cierto es que sucede y es una realidad en nuestro medio, por lo que se propone la concientización y prevención de aquellos factores que lo predisponen.	es_ES
