dc.description	In this final thesis report, the relationship between uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage in multiparous women under 30 years of age, treated at Dr. Nicolás Coto Infante de Vinces Hospital, was determined in the period May-September 2019, in the development of this research, variables that give the feasibility of the study are treated. The information collection had as an analysis unit the medical records of the women treated in the hospital, so during the investigation, a sample of 169 women was worked, of which 79 pregnant women were treated by vaginal delivery and 90 attended By caesarean section, the data were collected intentionally and no formula was used to obtain the sample, so it was observed that they suffered from uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhage, whereby the stated objectives could be fulfilled and the respective conclusions obtained. . The type of research used was descriptive, retrospective, cross-sectional, so a system of actions will be developed aimed at medical personnel so that they can contribute to the decrease in the appearance of uterine atony and postpartum hemorrhages in multiparous women.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el presente informe final de tesis se determinó la relación de la atonía uterina con la hemorragia post parto en mujeres multíparas menores de 30 años, atendidas en el Hospital Dr. Nicolás Coto Infante de Vinces, en el periodo de Mayo-Septiembre del 2019, en el desarrollo de esta investigación se tratan variables que le dan la viabilidad al estudio. La recolección de información tuvo como unidad de análisis las historias clínicas de las mujeres atendidas en el hospital, por lo que en el transcurso de la investigación se trabajó con una muestra de 169 mujeres de las cuales 79 gestantes fueron atendidas por parto vaginal y 90 atendidas por cesárea, los datos fueron recolectados de manera intencional y no se utilizó ninguna fórmula para obtener la muestra por lo cual se pudo observar que padecieron atonía uterina y hemorragia post parto, mediante lo cual se pudo cumplir con los objetivos planteados y obtener las respectivas conclusiones. El tipo de investigación utilizado fue carácter descriptivo, retrospectivo, transversal, por lo cual se elaborará un sistema de acciones dirigida al personal médico para que puedan contribuir a la disminución de la aparición de la atonía uterina y hemorragias pos parto en la mujer multípara.	es_ES
