| dc.description | SUMARY The present research work was carried out in the El Rosal Community, La Concepción Parish, Mira Canton, Carchi Province, a community that is in turn agricultural. Research was carried out in this sector since at the moment they are cultivating large quantities of lemon which is being affected primarily by the plague Worm reel of the leaf; to fulfill the research, the objectives were stated; Perform the characterization on the presence and attack of the furling worm in the cultivation of lemon in the research area. Determine monitoring techniques to identify the pest and the damage it causes in the cultivation of lemon. Determine the different control systems for the furling guano. In order to respond to these stated objectives, a bibliographic research was carried out, as well as information from technicians, and in addition to this, interviews were carried out with producers in the area, since they are the ones who have the live knowledge because they are the ones in the affected area; Once all the information was obtained, the analysis was carried out and together said information could be determined that there are many factors that help the pest to develop and spread easily causing damage to crops in the area such as favorable climate, hosts, we proceed to arrive at the end of the job. The importance of this research was considerable since it was possible to obtain greater knowledge about the pest in its entirety the damage it causes, as it affects the plantation in turn to the producer itself and especially to know how to control it and reduce or eliminate its damages. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación fue realizado en la Comunidad El Rosal, Parroquia La Concepción, Cantón Mira, Provincia del Carchi, comunidad que a su vez es netamente agrícola. Se realizó la investigación en este sector ya que al momento se encuentran cultivando grandes cantidades de limón el cual se está viendo afectado primordialmente por la plaga Gusano enrollador de la hoja; para dar cumplimiento a la investigación se planteó los objetivos; Realizar la caracterización sobre la presencia y ataque del gusano enrollador en el cultivo de limón en la zona de investigación. Determinar técnicas de monitoreo para identificar la plaga y el daño que causa en el cultivo de limón. Determinar los diferentes sistemas de control para el guano enrollador. Para dar respuesta a dichos objetivos planteados se realizó la debida investigación bibliográfica, información de técnicos, y sumando a esto entrevistas realizadas a productores de la zona ya que son quienes tienen el conocimiento vivo pues son quienes se encuentran en la zona afectada; una vez obtenida toda la información, realizado el análisis y conjunta dicha información se pudo determinar que existen muchos factores que ayudan a la plaga a desarrollarse y extenderse con facilidad causando daños en los cultivos en la zona como clima propicio, hospederos, se procede a llegar al final del trabajo. La importancia de esta investigación fue considerable ya que se pudo obtener mayores conocimientos sobre la plaga en su totalidad los daños que causa, como afecta a la plantación a su vez al productor en si y sobre todo a saber cómo controlarla y reducir o eliminar sus daños. | es_ES |
