| dc.description | The case study that I describe below has as a research topic MANAGEMENT OF THE INCOMES AND EXPENSES OF THE TERRESTRIAL TERM OF BABAHOYO "TRANSVIAL E.P", this company aims to obtain profitability, basing on the activities of the entity. The decision-making company must carry out an efficient accounting process that allows it to obtain daily information of all the financial movements that are generated during the day. If the company maintains an efficient accounting process, it is possible for the entity to detect the problems that arise in time and thus propose solutions for the benefit of the company. The present investigation is carried out with the objective of being able to identify if the income and expenses are registered and made as established by the regulation or law. The case study was conducted through the direct observation of various interviews with administrative / financial personnel, the different interviews allowed me to observe that the expenses are greater than the income, thus resulting in a minimum profit. It is important to mention that in order to carry out the case study it was possible to compile accurate information of the financial statements, which were provided by the people who work in it, this allowed me to interpret and analyze what their income and expenses are. | dc.description.abstract | El estudio de caso que relato a continuación tiene como tema de investigación GESTIÓN DE LOS INGRESOS Y GASTOS DEL TERMINAL TERRESTRE DE BABAHOYO “TRANSVIAL E.P”, dicha empresa tiene como objetivo obtener rentabilidad, basando en las actividades de la entidad. La empresa para la toma de decisiones debe realizar un proceso contable eficiente que le permita obtener información diaria de todos los movimientos financieros que se generan en el transcurso del día. Si la empresa mantiene un proceso contable eficiente es posible que la entidad pueda detectar a tiempo los problemas que se presenten y de esta manera plantear soluciones en beneficio de la empresa. La presente investigación es realizada con el objetivo de lograr identificar si los ingresos y gastos son registrados y realizados conforme lo estable el reglamento o ley. El estudio de caso fue realizado a través de la observación directa de diversas entrevistas a personal administrativo/financiero, las distintas entrevistas me permitieron observar que los gastos son mayores a los ingresos, dando de esta manera como resultado una utilidad mínima. Es importante mencionar que para realizar el estudio de caso se logró recopilar información precisa de los estados financieros los mismos que fueron facilitados por las personas que laboran en ella esto me permitió interpretar y analizar cuáles son sus ingresos y gastos.
