dc.description | Early sepsis is a cause of neonatal death of great care during all times, neonatal sepsis is defined as a syndrome of clinical manifestations characterized by signs and symptoms of infection at the level of systems generally at the level: digestive, neurological, cardiovascular and respiratory, manifested by vomiting, alteration of temperature and respiratory rate, abdominal distension, irritability, which is confirmed by laboratory tests mainly culture tests, neonatal sepsis has higher rate in mateRecién nacidoal infections, prolonged rupture of membranes, delivery care or cesarean in a septic medium or inadequate sepsis of the medium. On the other hand duodenal stenosis in neonates is an incomplete obstruction at the level of the duodenum, this is due most of the cases to the incorrect formation of the same usually caused at the level of the eighth and tenth week of gestation, the clinical manifestations of the neonate are vomiting of bilious origin, and / or repetitive even if the infant is not fed, abnormal fetal ultrasound, abdominal distension, jaundice. In the following clinical case, a neonate with both diseases attended at the Regional Hospital and Teaching Hospital Isidro Ayora of the city of Loja, is presented with all the necessary nursing care to safeguard the life of the same and not affect the rate of neonatal death caused by these two pathologies. | es_ES |
| es_ES |
