MSc The work was carried out in the Bananera Milk and Honey with the aim of obtaining knowledge about the damage caused by the red spot in the banana crop and teach which are the phytosanitary controls that must be carried out. Within the general methods that were applied to the study, this research used deductive and inductive methods, because the hypothesis was raised and tested throughout the development of the research in order to reach the conclusions and recommendations of the work. In the interview with the owner of the banana tree it was possible to know that the number of affected clusters are few because their workers are very well advised by Mag and Agrocalidad trainers about this insect that causes the red spot disease, they take the necessary measures to be able to control it, carrying out all phytosanitary practices from hatching to banana selection at the moment they are going to be exported. That is why we must continue with the training to banana workers so they can have updated knowledge about the insect of the red spot, because as time passes the plague can get resistance to some types of controls. | es_ES |

David Mayorga Arias. MSc El trabajo se realizó en la Bananera Leche y Miel con el objetivo de obtener conocimientos sobre los daños que causa la mancha roja en el cultivo de banano y enseñar cuales son los controles fitosanitarios que se deben realizar. Dentro de los métodos generales que se aplicaron al estudio, a esta investigación se utilizaron los métodos deductivo e inductivo, debido que la hipótesis se plantearon y comprobaron en todo el desarrollo de la investigación con el propósito de llegar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo. En la entrevista realizada al dueño de la bananera se pudo conocer que la cantidad de racimos afectados en si son pocos ya que sus trabajadores están muy bien asesorados por capacitadores del Mag y de Agrocalidad acerca de este insecto que provoca la enfermedad de la mancha roja, ellos toman las medidas necesarias para poder controlarlo realizando todas las practicas fitosanitarias desde el enfunde hasta la selección del banano en el momento que se va a exportar. Es por eso que se debe continuar con las capacitaciones a los trabajadores de la bananera para que puedan tener conocimientos actualizados sobre el insecto de la mancha roja, porque a medida que el tiempo pasa la plaga puede obtener resistencia a algunos tipos de controles. | es_ES |
