dc.description | Bronchitis is considered to be an inflammation of the lining of the bronchi that carry the air inward and fierce and lungs since it coincides with a seasonal pattern more frequently in the winter months. Several viral agents can cause it (rhinovirus, influenza, respiratory syncytial virus). The general objective of this research was "To determine the social factors and their relationship with acute bronchitis in children from 5 to 10 years old. General Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolívar October 2018-April 2019". The same one that had as a descriptive cross-sectional research type taking as a study sample 80 children from 5 to 10 years old suffering from bronchitis, those who were represented by their parents at the time of conducting the surveys in order to collect information needed in the study , resulting in the fact that social risk factors do not influence the development of acute bronchitis in children who are treated at the General Hospital Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolivar, with the conclusion that in the sex that prevails and in the age of years is the most common in suffering from acute bronchitis with the main recommendation that the administration in charge of the health personnel of the Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolívar General Hospital, should hold weekly or monthly talks to inform and educate parents about the disease, prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | Se considera bronquitis a una inflamación del revestimiento de los bronquios que llevan el aire hacia dentro y fuera de los pulmones ya que coincide con un patrón estacional con mayor frecuencia en los meses de invierno. Varios agentes virales pueden provocarlo (rinovirus, influenza, virus respiratorio sincitial). Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo general “Determinar los factores sociales y su relación con la bronquitis aguda en niños de 5 a 10 años de edad Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolívar Octubre 2018-Abril 2019”. El mismo que tuvo como tipo de investigación descriptivo transversal tomando como muestra de estudio a 80 niños de 5 a 10 años que padecen bronquitis , los que fueron representados por su padres al momento de realizar las encuestas con el fin de recolectar información necesaria en el estudio, dando como resultado que los factores de riesgos sociales no influyen en el desarrollo de bronquitis aguda en los niños que son atendidos en el Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolívar, teniendo como conclusión que más prevalece de acuerdo al sexo y la edad de años, es la más común en padecer bronquitis aguda dando como recomendación principal que la administración encargada del personal de salud del Hospital General Alfredo Noboa Montenegro Guaranda-Bolívar, debe realizar charlas semanales o mensuales que informen y eduquen a los padres y madres de familia sobre la enfermedad, prevención y tratamiento de las enfermedades respiratorias. | es_ES |
