dc.description	Adolescent pregnancies are a problem of great magnitude that has become a public health problem at both the international and national levels, they are associated with various antisocial behaviors and violence, due to the attitudes that young women take during pregnancy. teenagers feel several negative emotions like fear of reprobation in the face of the situation feeling lonely and helpless. That is why it is considered important that the nursing staff provide preventive care to this group of pregnant adolescents, through the dissemination of information to this age group, in order to provide security and protection to adolescents and can function in society improving their lifestyle. Formulating as a general objective to determine how nursing interventions influence the psychological changes of adolescents attending the Balzar de Vinces Health Center - Period October 2018-April 2019. In the research, a field study was carried out, descriptive and transversal, using two types of inductive, deductive, statistical methods, applying the quantitative and qualitative modality. They obtained as a result that pregnant adolescents mostly do not have the support of their families, generating feelings of anguish, fear, and sometimes feel discriminated by society, manifesting in greater quantity that they are not able to assume the role of mothers, evidencing that they do not know the different physical, psychological and biological changes that can be faced during this stage, which the nursing staff as a whole does not provide the necessary information on the states that these pregnant adolescents will face.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Los embarazos en adolescentes es una problemática de gran vastedad que se ha convertido actualmente en un problema de salud pública tanto a nivel internacional como nacional, se asocian con diversos comportamientos antisociales y violencia, debido a las actitudes que toman las jóvenes, durante su embarazo, las adolescentes sienten varias emociones negativas como miedo a la reprobación ante la situación sintiéndose solas y desamparadas. Por eso se considera que es de importancia que el personal de enfermería preste una atención de prevención a este grupo de adolescentes embarazadas, mediante la propagación de información a este grupo etario, con la finalidad de brindarles seguridad y protección a las adolescentes y puedan desenvolverse en la sociedad mejorando su estilo de vida. Formulando como objetivo general determinar cómo influyen las intervenciones de enfermería frente a los cambios psicológicos de las adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud Balzar de Vinces - Periodo Octubre 2018-Abril 2019. En la investigación se llevó a cabo un estudio de campo, descriptivo y transversal, utilizando dos tipos de métodos inductivo, deductivo, estadístico, aplicando la modalidad cuantitativa y cualitativa. Se obtuvieron como resultado que las adolescentes embarazadas en su mayoría no cuentan con el apoyo de sus familias, generándose sentimientos de angustia, temor y en ocasiones sienten ser discriminadas por la sociedad, manifestando en mayor cantidad que no se encuentran aptas para asumir el rol de madres, evidenciándose que tampoco conocen los diferentes cambios físicos, psicológicos y biológicos que se pueden enfrentar durante esta etapa, lo cual el personal de enfermería en su totalidad no brinda la información necesaria sobre los estados que se enfrentaran estas adolescentes embarazadas	es_ES
