dc.description	Introduction.- The theme of this research is that in recent years there has been a change in the epidemiology of adolescent pregnancy, which is becoming more frequent and occurring at younger ages, which entails a series of situations that may pose both against the health of the mother as the son's, and become a health problem. Objectives: Study on nursing actions in maternal and fetal risk factors in pregnant adolescents attended in the Health Center 22 de Noviembre in the city of Milagro, province of Guayas. Considering that the nurse has warmth and sufficient pedagogical capacity to motivate and do activities that constitute in improving health in the adolescent sector. Methodology.- Being a quantitative-qualitative research of descriptive-explanatory level of study, 57 pregnant adolescents were taken as a sample by applying survey techniques and a questionnaire of pre-prepared questions. Results.- Pregnant women require greater support and acceptance by the nursing professional, in their state of development as human beings. 70% of adolescents said they have little satisfaction and confidence in dealing with nurses Conclusions. - The prenatal consultation, allows to deliver education to the nursing, strengthening in the pregnant woman feelings of acceptance and identity in her role of motherhood, and awakens bonds of love and responsibility in the couple before the new being.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Introducción.- La temática de esta investigación es debido a que en los últimos años se ha observado un cambio en la epidemiología del embarazo adolescente, siendo este cada vez más frecuente y produciéndose a edades más precoces que conlleva una serie de situaciones que pueden atentar tanto contra la salud de la madre como la del hijo, y constituirse en un problema de salud. Objetivos: Estudio sobre las acciones de la enfermería en los factores de riesgo materno fetales en las adolescentes embarazadas atendidas en el Centro de Salud 22 de Noviembre de la ciudad de Milagro, provincia del Guayas. Considerando que la enfermera posee calidez y la capacidad pedagógica suficiente para motivar y hacer actividades que constituyan en mejorar la salud en el sector de las adolescentes. Metodología.- Siendo una investigación de tipo cualitativa-cuantitativa de nivel de estudio descriptiva-explicativa, se tomó como muestra a 57 adolescentes embarazadas aplicando técnicas de encuesta y cuestionario de preguntas pre- elaboradas. Resultados.- Las gestantes requieren de un mayor apoyo y acogida por parte del profesional de enfermería, en su estado de desarrollo como seres humanos. El 70% de las adolescentes manifestaron tener poca satisfacción y confianza en el trato con las enfermeras Conclusiones.- La consulta prenatal, permite entregar educación a la enfermería fortaleciendo en la gestante sentimientos de aceptación e identidad en su rol de maternidad, y despierta vínculos de amor y responsabilidad en la pareja ante el nuevo ser.	es_ES
