dc.description	Appendicitis is inflammation of the appendix, a closed tube of tissue that isattached to the large intestine in the lower right part of the abdomen. Inflammation can occur when the appendix is infected or blocked with the pieces, with the objects or the tumor. In the present case study is based on a problem at the abdominal level with pain in the right iliac fossa at the navel level in any of its positions in the form of a belt that radiates to the back and spine, for this reason, the present study of clinical case aims to apply the process of nursing care to a patient with acute appendix. In this pathology, in general, in writing, the evolution of their symptoms is described, however, the circumstances, an atypical or masked picture may occur mainly in pregnant women, children and the elderly, therefore, it is important to know their anatomy, physiopathology and clinical picture, as well as the phases of the disease and in order to rule out most of the differential diagnoses are supported by the laboratories of medicine to give the exact treatment and decrease the morbidity and mortality of the patient suffering from this pathology. When applying the diagnosis, it is important to know if they are correct or not correctly.Another primary reason that applies to the patient is good quality care and warmth in medical care to obtain favorable results and improve their health, and perform all procedures to achieve the objective that is implemented	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	La apendicitis es la inflamación del apéndice, un tubo cerrado de tejido que se encuentra unido al intestino largo en la parte inferior derecha del abdomen. La inflamación puede ocurrir cuando el apéndice se infecta o bloquea con heces, con objetos foráneos o con un tumor. En el presente estudio de caso se basa en un problema a nivel abdominal con un dolor en la fosa iliaca derecha a nivel de ombligo en cualquiera de sus posicione en forma de cinturón que irradia a la espalda y columna, por este motivo el presente estudio de caso clínico tiene como objectivo aplicar el proceso de atención de enfermería a un paciente con Dx de apendicitis aguda. En esta patología por lo general esta escrita la evolución de su sintomatología sin embargo, bajo circunstancias especiales se puede presentar un cuadro atípico o enmascarado principalmente en embarazadas, niños y ancianos, por lo tanto es importante conocer ampliamente su anatomía, fisiopatología y cuadro clínico, así como las fases del padecimiento para dar el tratamiento exacto y disminuir la morbimortalidad de los paciente padecientes de esta patología. Al aplicar el diagnóstico es importante saber si están afectados órganos allegados al sistema respiratorio y toda la consecuencia que traen consigo, es por ello que el profesional de enfermería debe estar preparado para brindar una atención eficiente y competente que nos permita brindar cuidados.Otro de los motivos que se le brindo a la paciente fue darle una buena atención de calidad y calidez en las intervenciones de enfermería de cuidado directo obteniendo resultados favorables y mejorando su estado de salud	es_ES
