dc.description	This research refers to the role of nursing and its intervention in pregnant adolescents with preeclampsia in the Urban Health Center “2 de Mayo “Empalme Province of Guayas October 2018 April 2019, therefore this work let us to determine the level of knowledge about pre-eclampsia in pregnant adolescents who come to the health center “2 de Mayo” and nursing intervention in this process. The objective of the research work is to determine the level of knowledge about preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents who come to the” 2 de Mayo” health center for consultation and the nursing intervention in this process, taking as a reference the age of the mothers, marital status, level of studies, other variables that have been taken into consideration to analyze this problem. The methodology used in this study is inductive, considering that general conclusions will be obtained from particular facts, which will allow us to observe the problem; it is of mixed Modality approach (quali-quantitative). In order to obtain information, scientific bibliography also consulted. Once the survey was applied to women attending the Urban Health Center El Empalme, the result was that preeclampsia the women 17-19 ages, due to the fact that 72 % of the surveys state that they was applied to women preeclampsia in pregnant adolescents, the preeclampsia is much, problem health public.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de investigación hace referencia al Rol De Enfermería Y Su Intervención En Adolescentes Embarazadas Con preeclampsia En El Centro De Salud Urbano 2 De Mayo El Empalme Provincia El Guayas Octubre 2018 –Abril 2019, por lo cual este trabajo nos permitirá conocer determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre preeclampsia en adolescentes embarazadas que acuden a consulta al centro de salud 2 de Mayo y la intervención de enfermería en este proceso. El trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre preeclampsia en adolescentes embarazadas que acuden a consulta al centro de salud 2 de Mayo y la intervención de enfermería en este proceso, para ello se tomó como referencia edad de las madres, estado civil, nivel de estudios, otras variables que se han tomado en consideración para analizar esta problemática. La metodología que se utilizó en este estudio es de tipo inductivo, obteniendo conclusiones generales partiendo de los hechos particulares, lo que nos permitirá observar el problema, es de enfoque Modalidad mixta (cuali-cuantitativa). Para obtener información se consultaron diferentes tipos de fuentes bibliográficas. Una vez aplicada la encuesta a las adolescentes embarazadas que asisten al centro de salud el empalme se obtuvo como resultado que la incidencia de preeclampsia entre mujeres de 17-19 años es frecuente debido que un 72% de las encuestadas son pre eclámpticas adolescentes, la preeclampsia va en aumento debido que se da por la hipertensión arterial lo cual es un problema de salud pública.	es_ES
