dc.description	Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease, autoimmune nature characterized by joint manifestations such as pain, swelling and stiffness such as general symptoms, feeling of fever, light discomfort and weight loss, and with the passage of time it is common to see some extra-joint manifestations. In today's world it affects 0.4 - 1.3% of the population throughout the country, most of it occurs frequently in women than in men in ages like 30 and 80 years of age. The cause of this disease is rheumatoid arthritis. of an autoimmune disease, this defines that the human body's immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues. The cause of rheumatoid arthritis remains unknown although there is evidence that could be triggered by an infection in genetically predisposed individuals, age and sex are two primary factors associated with rheumatoid arthritis although the onset of the disease can take place in any Peak age of onset is usually during the third age of life. Complications due to rheumatoid arthritis can affect almost any part of the body, such as damage to the lung tissue, injury to the spine when the neck bones are damaged, swelling and inflammation of the outer lining of the heart, pericarditis. The treatment currently does not cure in the disease, although it significantly relieves the intensity of the manifestations, reduce or even stop the activity.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	El artritis reumatoides es una enfermedad inflamatoria crónica, de naturaleza autoinmune caracterizado por manifestaciones en las articulaciones como dolor, tumefacto y rigidez como síntomas generales cansancio sensación de malestar fiebre, ligera y pérdida de peso, además con el paso de tiempo es común la aparición de algunas manifestaciones extra articulares. En el mundo actual afecta el 0.4 – 1.3 % de la población todo el país la mayoría parte se presenta frecuentemente en las mujeres que en los hombres en las edades como 30 y a los 80 años de edad la causa de esta enfermedad como artritis reumatoides se trata de una enfermedad auto inmunitario, esto define que el sistema inmunitario de cuerpo humano ataca por error a los tejidos sanos. La causa de artritis reumatoides sigue siendo desconocido sim embargo hay datos que indican que podrían desencadenada por una infección en individuos genéticamente predispuestos, la edad y el sexo son dos factores primarios asociados a la artritis reumatoide aunque el inicio de la enfermedad pueda tener lugar en cualquier edad en pico de inicio es usualmente durante la tercera edad de la vida. Las complicaciones por artritis reumatoide pueden afectar a casi cualquier parte de cuerpo como daño de tejido pulmonar, lesión en la columna cuando los huesos de cuello resulten dañados, hinchazón e inflamación del revestimiento externo del corazón pericarditis. El tratamiento en la actualidad no permite curar en la enfermedad, aunque si alivia de manera notable la intensidad de las manifestaciones, reducir o incluso frenar la actividad.	es_ES
