dc.description	In the clinical case presented below, the case of a 35-year-old ADULT WOMAN PATIENT who was taken by her daughter to the emergency room due to pain, burning, discomfort during urination and vaginal itching that has increased in frequency duration and intensity, for which is entered in the area of gynecology -obstetricia. Taking into account the condition of the patient and the history of arterial hypertension, the doctor orders their respective blood tests and urine tests to make a diagnosis and therefore a treatment. In the first place, the nurse is in charge of assessing the physical state of the patient in order to be able to issue a differential diagnosis, in this case there is deterioration of the urinary elimination R / C: urinary tract infection, for which a care plan is elaborated. Nursing based on the diagnosis of the patient to prevent complications and thus be able to stabilize the patient and be treated by the doctor to be able to follow up on the case. It is important to keep in mind that many times the urinary tract infection symptoms occur so you should be aware if a person has already presented urinary tract infections before to help and recommend a specialist who can make a diagnosis and prescribe a treatment adequate to prevent painful infections that can compromise the health and life of the patient.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	En el caso clínico presentado a continuación se tratara el caso de una PACIENTE MUJER ADULTA de 35 años de edad quien fue llevada por su hija a la sala de emergencias por presentar dolor, ardor, molestia al orinar y prurito vaginal que ha ido aumentando en frecuencia duración e intensidad, por la cual es ingresada en el área de gineco -obstetricia. Tomando en cuenta el estado de la paciente y el antecedente de hipertensión arterias, el medico ordena hacer sus respectivos examen de sangre y examen de orina para poder realizar un diagnóstico y por ende un tratamiento. En primer lugar la enfermera se encarga de valorar el estado físico de la paciente para poder emitir un diagnóstico diferencial, en este caso existe deterioro de la eliminación urinaria R/C: infección del tracto urinario, por lo que se elabora un plan de cuidados de enfermería en base al diagnóstico de la paciente para prevenir complicaciones y así poder estabilizar a la paciente y ser tratada por el médico para poder hacer el seguimiento al caso. Es importante tener en cuenta que muchas veces la infección del tracto urinario se presentan síntomas por lo que se debe estar pendiente si una persona ya ha presentado infecciones del tracto urinarios anteriormente para poder ayudarla y recomendarle un especialista que pueda realizar un diagnóstico y recetar un tratamiento adecuado para que se pueda prevenir infecciones dolorosas que pueden comprometer la salud y la vida de la paciente	es_ES
