| dc.description | The Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of Canton Quinsaloma, is located in the Province of Los Ríos, this public institution is responsible for ordering and executing works for the community of both urban and rural areas, it is constituted by both workers and administrative personnel they are responsible for the work and the proper functioning of the Municipality. The current research work is aimed at investigating the operation of the website of Canton Quinsaloma, since it shows different vulnerabilities that put people at risk at the expense of being victims of computer attacks and that their Once ill-intentioned people give up the information that this web portal has, it is convenient to mention that the portal has a deficient level of security protocols that are currently essential and necessary, we refer to the HTTP or HTTPS which are those that allow us to provide privacy and security to websites. The scientific method used for this research is the analytical method, because it allows to collect more detailed information allowing this research to detail in a more precise way the problems that arise in this topic, analyzing pertinent information about the Quinsaloma Canton Web. the Province of the Rivers, which at first sight shows some shortcomings and requires greater security attention, for this purpose this method has been chosen. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Quinsaloma, se encuentra ubicado en la Provincia de los Ríos, esta institución pública se encarga de ordenar y ejecutar obras para la comunidad tanto de la zona urbana como rural, se encuentra constituido tanto por obreros como personal administrativos que son responsables de las labores y del correcto funcionamiento de la Municipalidad. El actual trabajo de investigación va dirigido hacia la indagación de la operatividad de la página web del Cantón Quinsaloma, ya que muestra diferentes vulnerabilidades que ponen a las personas en una situación de riesgo a expensas de que puedan ser víctimas de ataques informáticos y que a su vez personas mal intencionadas den de baja la información que tiene el este portal web, es conveniente mencionar que el portal cuenta con un deficiente nivel de protocolos de seguridad que en la actualidad son primordiales y necesarios, nos referimos al de HTTP o HTTPS los cuales son los que nos permiten brindar privacidad y seguridad a los sitios web. El método científico empleado para esta investigación es el método analítico, debido a que este permite recabar información más detallada permitiendo que esta investigación pueda detallar de una forma más precisa las problemáticas que surgen en esta temática, analizando información pertinente sobre la Web del Cantón Quinsaloma de la Provincia de los Ríos, que a simple vista muestra algunas falencias y requiere mayor atención de seguridad, para ello se ha escogido este método. | es_ES |
