| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo del presente caso de estudio es identificar la inadecuada gestión de información pública exigida por la LOTAIP en el GAD Municipal del cantón Babahoyo, una institución pública dedicada a satisfacer las necesidades de la población fluminense; estos aspectos se reflejan al momento de realizar la entrega de información pertinente fuera del plazo previsto por quien lo solicita, situaciones que afectan la disponibilidad de información para actuar conforme lo establece LOTAIP.
